Iris is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). Her primary goal is to assist individuals who experience challenges related to anxiety, depression, self-expression, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. Iris's approach involves guiding people on their individualized mental, emotional, and physical well-being journeys with a present-moment focus. Her studies in clinical mental health counseling and her experience as a yoga and meditation teacher have allowed her to prioritize the diverse needs of each individual. Iris's approach to counseling is rooted in empathetic listening and an unwavering commitment to overall wellness.
